Optimal error estimates for semi-implicit DG time discretization of convection-diffusion problems

We focus ourselves on semilinear convection-diffusion equation discretized by SIPG in space. The resulting ODEs are discretized by discontinuous Galerkin finite element method. We present an improvement of a priori error estimates with a sketch of proof.
